/api/health reports whether messaging is registered, whether the send kill switch is on, and which backends respond. We do not invent an “all systems operational” banner from a static file.
Incidents that pause sending are explained in the app with the copy: sending is paused while we look into a problem with our carrier. Nothing you have written is lost.
